Ondra Berry

“Every human being is under construction and has unlimited potential.”  This principle has inspired Ondra Berry to commit his life to inspire those within his sphere of influence to realize and actualize their hidden potential.   Ondra has been a champion of leadership, diversity, and organizational change for over 25 years.  He is committed to challenging the status quo in human potential and utilized his two decades of experience and studies in the topic of personal leadership and greatness to ignite a movement of unleashing the potential within, one person at a time, worldwide.  He is co-founder and partner of Guardian Quest, a company committed to unleashing the untapped potential of individuals and organizations through world-class training solutions.   Known as a change agent in personal and organizational transformation, Ondra’s vast leadership and training experience spans public and private sectors.  His skills were refined in a celebrated 25-year career in the Reno Police Department, where he retired as the Assistant Chief of Police over-seeing the administrative division.  He continues his public service to his state and country as a Colonel in the Nevada Air National Guard and is assigned to the Human Resource Board through the National Guard Bureau as a military expert in the field of diversity.   In his role as consultant and trainer, Ondra L. Berry is routinely sought after to bring his expertise to an extensive client list including Fortune 500 companies, military and federal agencies, non-profits. schools and universities.  Ondra invests his life energies and passions in the development and delivery of cutting edge training solutions in the topics of diversity, leadership and organizational change.  

 He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Nevada Reno and is a member of numerous non-profit and service organizations.  Guardian Quest is on a mission to launch a leadership and diversity revolution.  Since the company’s founding in September 11, 2000, thousands have been trained, have found their voice, and have pursued journeys of greatness.   Through this innovative training and keynote addresses, Ondra Berry has spoken in all fifty states and several countries and is on a quest to leave this world better than he found it!



Ondra Berry Leads:
Gail Fensom

Dr. Gail Fensom is the UNH at Manchester Director of the First Year Writing Program. Her activities on the Durham campus include Acting Director of the University Writing Program and coordinator of the Writing Fellows program. She has offered consultations and workshops for faculty members, professional staff, and university programs and departments.

For several years, Gail has served as the writing consultant to Lavalee-Brensinger Architects, a large Manchester design firm. Her business writing workshops, including to Public Service of New Hampshire and UNH’s Office of the Vice-President of Finance and Administration, provide participants with practical and relevant strategies for improving written communication. She enjoys teaching through active learning of participants while developing a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Nancy Puglisi

Nancy Puglisi, Ph.D. is the Director of Organizational Wellness at the University System of New Hampshire (USNH).  USNH is comprised of UNH, Plymouth State University, Keene State College and Granite State College.  Dr. Puglisi directs Faculty and Staff Wellness, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and organizational transformation programs for 4300 faculty and staff members employed by the University System.  She has introduced alternative health care programs such as Therapeutic Touch, Meditation and Organizational Wellness, along with traditional health care practices including health screenings, resulting in an "integrated" and well-rounded health education curriculum.  Also within the University System, Dr. Puglisi is an adjunct faculty member for the Graduate School at Plymouth State University where she serves as the director of Personal Approaches to Transformation and Healing (PATH), Institute and Organizational Approaches to Transformation and Healing (OATH), Institute.  She has also served as a faculty member at Granite State College where she received two distinguished teaching awards.  In addition, Dr. Puglisi works as a trainer and consultant for various organizations.  She is the recipient of the US. Department of Health and Human Services Community Health Promotion Award; the College and University Personnel Association's Fred C. Ford Award for innovative ideas reflecting ingenuity and a comprehensive understanding of human resource management, and the National Association of the College and University Business Officers’ Award for creating a cost-effective health promotion program.  She continues to strive towards producing resourceful and creative approaches to individual health promotion and organizational wellness.

Nancy Puglisi Leads:
Angela Taylor, Ph.D.

Dr. Angie Taylor has a long history of excellent leadership, staff development and commitment to diversity. During a 20 year career at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), she served as Associate Vice President for Student Success Services, Assistant Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations and Senior Associate Director of Athletics.Outside of the University, she served as a partner/consultant for Diversity 2000, conducting workshops and trainings on the management of cultural diversity in the work place. She is currently a diversity and leadership consultant for Guardian Quest, Inc. and provides workshops and seminars for corporate, non-profit and faith-based clients across the country.Angie has an earned doctorate in Educational Leadership, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy (MPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; all from the University of Nevada, Reno. Taylor became a central change agent at UNR bringing diversity to intercollegiate athletics by establishing Pack PAWS (a support and fundraising group for the women’s sports program); overseeing a budget which grew from approximately $700,000 to $2.5 million and an increase in personnel from seven to 27 while at the helm of the program for ten years.Dr. Taylor has served on numerous committees, task forces and boards for the University, the Northern Nevada community and nationally. She has been a United Way of Northern Nevada board member, cofounder and past president of the Northern Nevada Black Cultural Awareness Society, board member of the Nevada Women’s Fund, the National Conference of Christians and Jews board of directors and has worked with the Junior League of Reno, the Girl Scouts Council of Northern Nevada and various other stakeholder groups. Nationally, she’s served on several National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) committees as well as the executive board of the National Association of Collegiate Woman Athletics Administrators.Angie is a passionate, energetic presenter and has dedicated her life to making people and organizations better. She has received many awards and recognitions for her leadership and community service including membership in three halls of fame and inclusion on two “people to watch” lists. Dr. Taylor is also an ordained minister and serves as the assistant pastor for administration at Greater Light Christian Center in Reno, Nevada.
